who has done a single turbo conversion and ran a map?

im plannin on doing this soon, but cant figure out what to do with the double MAFs.

i have a greddy t-78-33d turbo on my 26, i used the greddy suction pipe and switched from the stock twin mafs to twin q45 mafs, i would stick with mafs, they can control the fuel by the resistance along the hot wire insdie, the map set up determines fuel curves on a preset map, meaning it will not compensate for outside weather temp ect ect, hope this helps

when the mafs are swapped, is it PnP? or do you have to rewire stuffs?

You need an aftermarket stand alone ecu to run MAPs.With the double MAFs you can run them individually and then merge them together with an intercooler Y pipe. There is a cheap K&N conical filter with x2 3.125" outlets if you want to keep it looking real clean. Just Google k&n P/N: RF-1012 $56 on summit racing.You can find a picture of what I mean with the Y pipe if you search around the forum a little. Lots people are running them without a problem.

i have twin q45 mafs, they run into a greddy suction pipe which merges the two 3" mafs to a single 4" pipe that leads into the turbo inlet, most people dont wanna spend the 200 bucks for one but.......... i found one on ebay mislisted for 45 shipped

Depends on the computer system used AEM need to take out maf wiring and add pin 35 for MAP. Apexi special computer and accessories and wiring...
