rb26 valve springs and retainers

ok my friend is parting his rb26 project and has the stock valve springs an retainers. i did a quick search but found nothing. will these work on a ca head? i know the two motors have similar head design and it wouldent surprise me much if it did in fact work. it seems they would be beefier too.

I see no reason why they would be better. You will just have to compare the two. It is possible but I doubt they interchange. Let us know what you find out though. While I don't think the stock RB bits are any better than the CA ones, aftermarket springs, valves and retainers are quite plentiful for the RB. This could make it easier for the CA guys to score trick valvetrain parts if RB ones work.

RB ones are different, the VG30 stuff fits though
