You need a RWD RB25 trans.... should just get a RB25 swap

I was thinkin that didnt wana sound dumb if it wasnt tho. Doin the 26 because i usualy do the cheaper things then im not happy so this time im doin it right.

Why the twin are usually swapped for singles, you need a 25 trans anyhow, and if you build it your using the same parts essentially.

I dont know its kinda a mental thing the 26 puts out a few extra horseys stock and i wont be building anything for a wile

You can also find a Z32 TT transmission and swap the belhousing fron the RB26 into the TT transmission much cheaper that looking for a RB25 transmission!!

I NEED a new motor soon so i probly will be doing the rb20 or 25 worst case (imo) a sr20 MY KA in the past 2 or 3 days decided to burn alot of oil and i dont wana pay to fix it when im gona swap it fairly soon. Can anyone give me a rough esamate on what the rb20 and 25 is gona cost to swap and maybe a write up on all the parts you NEEDED. Also for anyone that thinks i shouldent be attempting this swap like the kind sir above im not doing it. Im taking it to a shop to have it done not proud just not that mechanicaly inclined .

Check both those for conversion parts, JHot might have a RB sitting around somewhere....
