RB26 trans on S13, which speed sensor / VSS to use or calibration method?

Like the URAS car I'm using the..

RB26 transmission on an S13

R33 trans if that matters, I've been driving it for awhile without a properly calibrated speedometer

How did you guys get the speedometer working / properly calibrated on the S13?

Since its from R33 I would assume its same VSS as S14, so you would need to install a S13 VSS, since you have S13. S13 and S14 VSS read different. And you said RB26, what trans are you talking about AWD or RWD/RB25? Guess AWD and RWD trans use same sensors, as long as their same as S14 than you just have to swap your S13 VSS. But I'm not familiar with ether AWD or RB25 trans, but I assume you would be using RWD RB25.

I'm using the AWD trans, not the rwd rb25 trans, s-chassis VSS are too short, they're only good for the rb20 trans.

I looked and it seems like a Z32 vss would work, the gear on mine is clearish

What do you guys use? is it the whole Z32 VSS with red gear? or do you just swap the red gear onto your current vss?
