I got out to the drag strip today to get some trial runs on the new transmission setup. It rocks, however I only got one pass and then it rained.

The car ran 11.7@125 with a 2.1 60ft which is horrible. I think right now on low boost with pump gas the car has some good 10 second passes in it

That sucks it rained after you took your first run. Was that with the nitrous spooling the turbo or was that just with the transbrake on?

Looks like it hooks up pretty smoothly compared to the manual. And sounds mean as hell like always!

What are you running for tires? DRs?

Yesterday I was just running drag radials. I think tomorrow im gonna bite teh bullet and order the ET Streets

The nitrous was spooling the turbo at the launch. You can hear the revs climb up slowly, and then all of a sudden they jump about 1k rpms, or a little more (that was me hitting the juice)

Unbelievable Andy!!!

That's just awesome. Love the in-car camera.

You've officially made up my mind for me about the auto trans. That's a done deal now for my other project car. Thanks bro!

Nice pass even with the ****ty 60ft. She sounds very good down to track, and also super smooth.

Low boost equals how many pounds?

Whats the dates? i've already got a mini vacation planned mid-july. On top of that, the car does not have overdrive, and the TH400 is the same ratio as a nissan 4th gear, so if I was to take it somewhere, it would have to be on a trailer, lol

July 26 and 27 in Nashville.

It's a really cool import show. I'm hoping to make it this year.

460 miles each way for you. yeah.. that's a lot of gas.

A truck averaging 15mpg trailering the car would put me around 250 in gas!

Believe it or not, but I'm running one OEM nissan Z32 TT fuel pump at battery voltage, and one walbro 255lph high pressure at battery voltage.....they are pretty loud though!
