Around 3500 usually for a good stock motor with harness and everything. You would need an RB25 transmission.

Or you could be a baller and make your car awd. My only suggestions is look at the stickies in the rb section and do a lot of homework first. if you are on a budget the swap isnt for you .

Last time I saw it done it cost somewhere between $8000-9000 Canadian with proper work and that person did some of his own work. I've also heard it called "the impossible swap", meaning the price in the end can make your jaw drop even if it goes smooth.

The bluebird motor is an SR20DET attached to FWD. As far as I know it is the same as any other SR20DET but FWD. But I'm a KA24 guy so what would I know about those fancy things. Try Google it's like the third result......

A gti-r is an awd pulsar that uses an sr20 with a top mount intercooler instead of the front mount. Never heard of it used in an s13 though. A bluebird is... actually im not really sure what that has... But ive never heard "gti-r bluebird" used to describe just one car. Unless im wrong. Can anyone correct me? I know what a bluebird is but just dont know jack about it.

If you had to pay 15k then you're a fool.

Any who, don't bother asking any questions about the RB26 on this web you're just going to get the usual, witch is dollar signs. For example: "How much horse power does the RB26 have?" Your answer would be "The RB26 has $$$ HP"

Just do your research or ask someone who knows more about it, then just about WHAT ITS WORTH like me .

rb26 and a 25 transmission and all the bits will be pricey dude and its not as easy as an sr really...if your at all worried about money etc. dont bother or save for a long while. and read up everything you can.and for the masses, im pretty sure bluebirds, were 510's back in the day...then they made an awd sr20det altima under the bluebird namesake....i know it sounds nuts but im thinking it did happen. maybe im crazy.
