rb26 swap odometer stops working

ok i have a small problem. when i had the engine swapped, and the transmission changed, the odometer stopped working. so here is my question. does the odometer go to the ecu then the transmission, or is it odometer to the transmission. i have a power fc so if it does go to the ecu, does anyone know the pin number that it would go to? and here is the car specs

4dr hr34 with a rb26, 32gtr power fc with a 34gtr conversion plug, and a r33 gtst transmission.
