Story- Turbo swap twins to single. Car runs but after cleaning up one of the biggest rat's nests in intake manifold history the car shows boost on the Power FC at idle- forcing ultra richness.

D Jetro PFCRB26dett--> DET conversion.

Does anyone know the source of the problem?

did you initialize the pfc and relearn the idle? if so did you turn the boost control off on the pfc? did you make any changes to the fuel system? triple check wiring?

We are attempting to reuse the same map that the car ran off of perfectly for the past 6 months. NO changes to the fuel system or wiring. Just took the exhaust manifold off, put the new one on and cleaned up all the T's in the vaccuum lines.

02 sensors? vacuum leak? I am just trying to figure out why the PFC would show boost--- +.14kg/cm2 at idle.

The map sensors are showing 2.04 volts.

also when we pulled the hose off the car is not showing any vacuum.

2.04V shows with the car off, it does throw a code when you disconnect the sensors, and i pulled the lines off the sensors and there is vaccum in the lines, y is it still reading +.14 when the car is ideling?

the whels are turning in my brain. I think we might have a vacuum issue from pulling a source before the throttle bodies. Thus the manifold sees the equivalent to the boost the turbo can put out @ idle..

For non ITB cars its like putting a vacuum source on the hot pipe instead of the intake plenum. We will work with it next weekend and see whats up but im pretty sure thats it.
