RB26 Oil/Water Fittings

New to the forum here and looking for a little help. I am building up my RB26 and need some help on which fittings to get for the oil&water feeds/returns.
I know the block oil feed is M12x1.25 and block water feed being M14x1.50. I will be using AN lines.
Earls offers the block oil feed fitting M12x1.25 into -4AN.
I am looking for the water feed fitting M14x1.50. I find a few on Summit Racing but these ones are offered with an O-ring on the block side. I believe you need a groove in the block in order for the O-ring to seal correctly.
The Earls oil fitting appears to not have any O-ring or crush washer on the block side. Are the threads tapered similar to a NPT and just seals with Teflon sealer or do you add a factory style copper crush washer to the fitting?
Secondly, my turbos are Apexi. The water feed and return on the housing are on the same side, anyone know what's feed&return? Top or bottom. Pics are available.
Lastly, the turbos water feed and return threads are M12x1.25 NOT M14x1.5 like stock turbos.
I want to find a fitting thats M12x1.25 but larger -6AN for better water flow.
