I have a r33 rb26dett and unfortunately, I dropped my exh. cam pulley on the ground. It's not really messed up but 2 teeth are a little roughed up. I have a spare set sitting around but I don't know which one is exhaust or which one is intake. My question is there any difference between the two? I know that on aftermarket cam pulleys, they are labeled exhaust or intake but are they really different? I dont want to put an intake cam pulley on the exhaust side and mess something up. Thanks

The offset for stock cam gears is set into the mounting holes / dowel for the cam pulleys.

How is any of that mumbo jumbo relevant to the question?AnywayR32, R33, R34 RB26 intake and exhaust cam gears are all the same P/N per FAST.Don't be confused by the above garbage.

He's trying to boost the adsense revenue on his wiki.

I've never been on a forum that showed such disdain and even hatred for accurate information.

When people have all the information they can pick out the internet know it alls vs. those who have real experience and knowledge. If you get sick of me posting accurate information then report my posts to a mod. If you have a problem with the way I conduct myself then man up and send me an email or private message. Quit cluttering up threads that I participate in with the intent of actually HELPING PEOPLE with useless slander and bickering.

I have made less than ten dollars from Adsense since starting the wiki (and then abandoning it due to work schedule and other commitments) and could care less about how many banner and link clicks I get. I believe the first sentence of my previous post contained helpful information that furthers a person's understanding of the cam gear / camshaft alignment situation on the RB26. I guess I get the boot on posting accurate info in this thread, so I'll leave you with a homework assignment: Pick up a set of RB26 cam gears, and cams, and look at stuff, and turn it around in your hands. Look at the timing marks. Come back to this thread and try and reword my post to your liking. Show me how pointless and lame my post was.
