Ok, so I pulled a noob move an cleaned my itbs befor reading an reasearching more info. Figured they were just like every other car (supposed to be open slightly). Well now I'm left with some small gaps around every throttle flap. So who has a better idea other than silicone that will deteriate with gas, or a dry lubricant that is more than 30 bucks for a 11oz can... Ideas, sudjestions, advice always welcome. I understand I made a mistake, I don't need it thrown in my face anymore than I already have. Thank u all!

im scratching my head after reading your post...

did you take everything apart?

you took apart the itb butterfly valves, itb shafts?

your going to need a vacuum gauge kit that a motorcycle shop would use to equalize itb's

Yes, I took them apart. I did not take the shafts out, only the butterflys. An I cleaned them with purple power. I read afterwards on Australian forums an Canadian forums that ur not supposed to clean the itbs due to some sort of factory sealant that Nissan put on them due to sealing issues. Ppl on those forums say to use Tomei throttle coat, or blue rtv silicone. Well Tomei throttle coat can't be imported due to toxic chemicals they can't get past us customs. An the rtv... I'm not about to put silicone in my throttles just for it to be sucked into my 10 grand build an ruin it... Iv searched everywhere for more information. An the only thing I'm coming up with is to just sand/file them down in spacific places to get a better seal. Or jus spend the 200 an get a new/used set of itbs.

Naw, I actually jus went ahead an used the quick steel putty an a Lill bit of black rtv to make a seal. An it works perfectly. But I have a different problem than I thought, I herd a hissing noise befor I fixed the itbs, I thought it was those. But now that they are fixed an back on, the hissing is still there. I'm believing it to be the intake manifold gasket. So ima replace that then we shall see.

a sealer around were the itbs spin? theres nothing there other then metal

the hissing your hearing is prob your iacv or the idle up valve cracked open

spray brake parts cleaner on your vac lines, valves and im gasket, tb gasket and seeif the idle raises. thatll be your leak

Well the engine will still not idle. When I start it it still acts like its getting too much air, I can't hold an rpm under 4 when I slightly put my foot on the gas. It's actling like I'm gettin too much air. An I checked the air reg an aac valve. They are both fine...

also that throttle coat looks like nothing more than moly paste...
should be able to get some from your local napa, i'd imagine liquimoly makes SOME kind of product that will work.

Thanks for the heads up on the moly paste. An yea boost leaked checked it. Need a smoke thing to smoke check it. I will find one somewhere an check it out, I'm pretty positive that's the problem though.

If u can figure out how to get that stuff in the states, please let me know. I called Tomei about that stuff an they told me that it won't get past customs due to hazardous materials that its made from.
