IMO waste of time. Save the drama of a swap and just turbo the stock motor. It would be pretty sick though

agreed, less displacement, moves the COG forward, way more drama than simple bolting on a turbo kit for about the same cost

that is why i am considering it evil LOL, 400 (whp) is the limit in the stock boosted VQ, the RB internals can easily handle 600 (whp) stock internals, cheaper for me to get to 600HP is the plan. Head Ache is not as bad when cost is lower.... LOL, i am only thinking of this, but after more and more study - the RB seems pretty practical and like lots of fun.

Although i have seen a lot more people getting flamed for an RB swap and then the same people flaming are applauding SBC swaps, VG swaps and 2jz swaps.... why the hate on the RB swap. Another thing is a lot of people recommend the VG swap because of the power possibilities of the VG are similar to the RB, then why are there so many RB swaps into the Z32??? LOL i'm confused....

Yeah but that's only the engine, hunting for the transmission would be a nightmare. and then some, (i.e mounts, ecu, harnesses, etc.) Asides i've heard the RB isn't too friendly with LHD vehicles, considering it was only designed for a RHD. A problem falls within the left hand drive steering shaft which runs through where the turbo would usually sit
