Hey guys and gals, been awhile since iv been on.

The time has come to where I have some money to throw into the final part of my build. The Fuel System.
So far iv decided on the pump, walbro 400, but after that im pretty much open to suggestions.
I have an r33 rb26 with a GT35, S2 AEM EMS. I would like a simple plug and play type of deal, minor modifications are ok. I plan on running around 28 PSI on high boost. My tuner is able to make anything happen with the AEM.

Im going over kill with 1000cc injectors (will just downtune them to leave some overhead for down the road possibly)plug and play ones would be preferable, but dont know which rail/injector combo will be solid. Also, whats the difference between 10.5mm and 11mm fuel rails?

Which is a solid and dependable FPR? havnt looked into it all that much. Open to suggestions.
I will have to change the feed/return from pump to rail. Which would be an appropriate size?

I know these are alot of questions to ask, i will be doing more research, but just wanted to know what other people had experiences with and what would be a solid setup to have.

Thanks for the help

one question that wasnt answered was what kind of fuel are you looking to run?

Aeromotive A1000 FPR has never never let me down and I've used probably 10 of them on different builds.

If it was my fuel system, I'd go with a JGY rail which is bolt on, but opens up a lot of injector options as they use 14mm style injectors. It is also AN fitting adaptable which makes fit up to the FPR a lot easier.

With my JGY rail I was running 1000's from a 2JZ. I just went with ID2000's but I sold the 1000's for 250 bucks so you can get into injectors pretty cheap

Since that is not a large pump you could probably get away with a -6 return line and still be able to achieve a base fuel pressure of 40-45psi. With my Aeromotive eliminator pump I had to upgrade the entire return to -8 to get my base fuel pressure back down

well you wont be doing 28psi on pump, thats for sure...
thousands will be good for your setup so no worries there, the 10.5 and 11mm refers to the bore size on the rail where the injectors seat.

Hmm. I'll just go as high as I can I guess :gapteeth:

I've done a bit of searching and talked with Ricky.
I'll be going with that pump, RAW fuel rail, Aeromotive FPR, Looking for 1000cc that will drop in that rail. -10AN feed and -8AN return for when I upgrade the turbo down the road. Thoughts?

I've got a set of 6 DW 870cc's for sale that utilize stock connectors that I ran on my rb26 for about 1000 miles. $250 shipped is a killer deal when comparing to new DW or Injector Dynamic units. I was using an OBX rail at the time.

Yeah I got your PM. Forgot to reply. I'll get upgrading my turbo down the road and don't think 870s will be sufficient for them. Sorry

-10 is way overkill for what you're trying to do. -8 feed and -6 return should be all you'd ever need on pump or race gas. A -10 looks like a damn water hose running into your engine bay. Why don't you go pump gas with an AEM water/meth kit? You could make a LOT of power with water/meth with the right turbo setup on a 26.
