Ok I have calipers and have measured this with them just dont knowhow to convert to metric or what to look for.

Over all goal is to replace carbon steel black oxided screws with stainlesssteel screws.

I'd appreciate it if someone could help me do this, I am going to try andget them from here http://www.mcmaster.com/# you can get almostanything from this place.

Over all length: 1.180inOver all thread length: .704in give or take a littleScrew thickness thread to thread: .191inMeasurement between each thread: .050in give or take a littleMeasurement between every 5 threads: .140in give or take a little

If anyone has different measurments please let me know if I screwd up.Like I said any help is appreciated. Thanks everyone

Not sure what size you need, but that isn't the way I measure screws and bolts.

Just take the bolts you have to a hardware store, and I guarantee they will have a thread-testing board thingy you can use.

Unless you know exactly what size metric thread you need (e.g., m6, m8, m10, m12, etc.) just do that.

Furthermore, you should be able to get the bolts you need from most hardware stores, and most grade 8 bolts from NAPA.

Get some allen-head cap screws with a washer instead of trying to find a similar OEM replacement. I provide these with the valve cover isolators that I make and they look much cleaner. I am going off of memory but I'm pretty sure they are M6x1.0x30mm long. I'd double check the thread pitch on that.

I'm almost 100% sure the 30mm is correct. Measure up the set I sent you
