Has anyone on here had first hand experience on what needs to be modified to make the rb26 d-jetro work on a rb25? There used to be a link on skylinesaustralia but the link is dead.

I think just a little swapping of ECU wires is about it. My shop guy has done it before. I'll ask him when I get back to Oki. You loose VCT unless you rig something up, but I'm sure you already know that.

Yep thats the link i was talking about. I have been thinking about this for awhile and the rpm activated switch is about the best way about keeping the vct in my opinion.

hmm i think i have the links saved on my desktop comp, as far as the msd rpm switch, i got this one, since the vct solenoid just gets 12v within a certin rpm range u just program the range in the msd switch, and wallah u done, and the good part is thats you can control it 10x easier, so u probally can adjust your engagement to be more compatible with your turbo

as far as power fc adjustments, you have to wire in the o2 and maf sensors in parallel, what the power fc for a rb26 does is take the 2 signals and divide it in half when it makes it calculations, also the rb26 has a air intake temp sensor for timing retardation, its the same sensor as the coolant temp sensos, i just tapped my intake piping and put it there

also i have a rb26 harness also thats why i did coolant temp sensor, i read that u dont have to use it
