Weight isn't much different from the L6 so if you are happy with your current handling it won't be much different. Brakes, yup, more go means more slow, big boy willwoods and a set of wheels and tires to clear them. LSD, you double or triple the power in the car and that one rear tire will go bald in a hurry unless you upgrade to a limited slip unit. More tire, you get more traction and more stopping power you'll need bigger tires to keep in contact with the ground. 245 or a 265 should be the minimal width.
