I'm dropping an RB25DET into my 240, but the issues I'm having are basic internal combustion engine principles. What really bothers me is that this thing won't even try to sputter, let alone start.
Fuel:
-I can hear the injectors clicking when I stick a long extension on the injector and listen
-If I pull a spark plug out, I can see fuel shooting out the plug holes
-Gas in tank was a couple years old. I pumped out what I could and put in 5 gallons of fresh gas, to no avail.
-Sprayed ether into the intake to no result from the engine. Backfired back out the throttle body once.
Spark:
-I have confirmed spark to be working by laying the plugs in the coils on the intake. (see video) Plugs in or out, this is what it sounds like when trying to start it.

Compression:
175-185 on all cylinders. Fresh rebuild currently so these numbers are a bit high for the moment.
Engine has a fresh timing belt, which I'm almost certain that I did it right, I've timed engines before it's not hard. Let me know if you got ideas, I'll take video of whatever and post it up. I'm at a loss. The way this thing's sitting it should start, or at least sputter.
