rb25det with z32 transmission issues HELP ME PLEASE!!

Ok I bought a 90 240sx with a rb25 a week ago. I went for a test drive everything was fine, gave him the cash he drove off. While I was backing out to leave there was this grinding noise that wouldn't stop, even after I put it in neutral. the only way it stops is when you let hard out the clutch or turn it off. It only does it when taking off in first and reverse. It also grinds when you push the clutch in and rev up. He said he recently did a z32 transmission swap with a new act 6 puck clutch and lightweight flywheel. he said the clutch needed bled, but I did it, and nothing changed. I was thinking throw out bearing. any suggestions
