Use the stickies boy.

Get both wiring diagrams, and go to town.

I have a friend I live with that does great wiring work and has wired 4 RB motors up now with out a problem and has wired over 20 other nissan motors. He might be able to price it cheaper than some of the other places if you send it off to have it done.

Go to http://www.racebread.com and look in the file section. If you have a series II motor I wrote a wiring guide for it, but there is one for the Series I as well. lots of good stuff there!

Maybe I'm not reading the FSM correctly, but it didn't really help me too much... Maybe I was suppose to do a ton of wire tracing? But the Skyline FSM doesn't cover any wiring except for the ECCS pin out. And I think the M63/F3 is what we all want, right? I just posted a few questions on RaceBread.com about this. http://forums.racebread.com/index.php?topic=990.30

Follow the wiring guides on racebread. All you need to do is rewire the M63 plug and power the gray wire if your motor is S1. Simple once you look at it and compare the two harnesses to the guide.
