Yesterday I just changed out my old ceasing RB25DET S1 pump out with a NEO pump. (Thank you CJmartz! Yes, they do swap)I noticed several changes in the cast. (I didn't have the camera so I couldn't take a compare pic or a pic of the NEO pump)The S1 pump was very shallow, had a large opening to propeller blades, and was more thin around the bolts. The NEO pump was more deep, had a funnel into the blades to smooth out the flow and more metal around the bolts.

The red line is where the NEO pump was changed.

I just wanted to post this up because I didn't find any info about the 2 pumps and if they were swappable or not.

Are NEO pumps easy to run by across the pond?

Crazy Question Ok when you speak ofthe NEO pump do you mean the N1 Water pump. or a water pump off the R34 NEO motor?

This is the N1 water pump VS the OEM one which we have both in stock?

It depends...The N1 flows less than OEM for a balanced high RPM setup. The OEM flows more than N1 and is good for street and light track time. The NEO pump looks like NISSAN addressed the flow issue they were having at mid-high RPM.
