rb25det turbo weird spooling sounds and loss power (feels like)

when my car idles everything seems fine, then when i get on the gas it almost sounds like an exhaust leak (kinda like a ticking or putting) but i dont hear it when im idling also my turbo seems like its making a screetching sound hard to explain.. sorta like a belt slipping but louder im stumped i need sum advice.. thanks Eric

blue smoke comes out of my exhaust after i rev it up to about 6k, is that a sign of a turbo going???
