ok so my buddy just did a rb25 swap in his 3rd gen rx7 and his turbo just blew. he wants a replacement turbo but not the crappy ceramic stock turbo. he want to be able to use the stock manifold with the T3 flange and we need to find a turbo that will bolt straight up and not needing to upgrade the injectors or hot pipe or anything like that. Does anyone know of a turbo thats like the same size and fits right in with t3 flange?

thanks DAn

ditto, if it isnt a stock turbo it isnt gonna fit like a stock turbo so you will have to mod one or the other or all of em.. downpipe fit, hot pipe, intake possibly and what not

hypergear might be able to work with you. i was in constant contact through email with them and they can do T3+internal wastegate. i almost bought one from them a few months ago but ended up going with a T3/To4e. its almost bolt on, just had to get a new dump pipe and just have to get the lines to hook up, which the guy included.

also HKS makes some bolt on ones, but they are pretty spendy.

this is true about the HKS turbos but he's looking for something he doesn't have to upgrade injectors or alter his tune.

oh yeah, any turbo worth getting will need a retune. and if you are going with a retune, u might as well up the injectors....
