I know many have looked and have found nothing to very little information about the ECR33 Gts-25t (RB25DET) turbo. So here is a little more information about these turbos. It is Garret T3 base with a 60mm compressor inlet and a 38mm discharge nozzle. The compressor housing is a 0.40a/r. The turbine inlet passage is 65mmx45mm and the mounting flange is 110mmx70mm.
This turbo is one of Japans OE biggest turbo. A big attraction to this turbo is it's sophisticated design, it uses a water-cooled core with a roller bearing, ceramic turbine wheel and and lightweight compressor which make these turbos a real quick spooling turbo. The turbos have been known to be taken up to 340hp, but under this high load with the ceramic setup the turbo is likely to fail and give out. My turbo has been great at 10psi, but my friend decided to take his RB25 turbo up to 15psi, which lasted him a short night. His power failed and while taking the turbo out and the o2 housing off we found out that the turbine wheel had broke loose and shot off. The Australians have said this can happen and now I take their word!
I would recommend pushing no more then 10psi, unless you do not care about the turbos health.
