RB25DET transmission mount question.

I just got my motor and it didnt come with the transmission mount.Im putting the motor in an s13.Is there any other car that uses the same transmission mount as the RB25? (KA, VG) trannyor is anyone selling one?

UMM, I know that they dont bolt up to the 240sx mounting bracket that is why i got the RB25 mount brackets so i can do the swap for $260(motor and transmission) and i dont want to pay $600 for the mount kit that you sell.

i got mounting brackets that let you use the stock RB25 trans mount. so i dont have to make anything i just need a RB25 trans mount because my engine didnt come with one

I not sure what mount kit your using but im using the sykoperformance that uses the stock r33 transmission mount, If your motor did not come with one just find a auto KA cross member

Im using the zerolift, which i think is the improved version of the sykoperformance.So basically im looking for the r33 transmission mount but cant find one. and what do you mean by auto KA crossmember?

If you just need the trans mount go get a Nismo one from a dealer. I'm pretty sure they're all the same.

The mounts are not even close in design Zero lift that makes the mounts is near me, I know the people who designed the kit they use some bracket style mounts. You're thikning of Rucas rb mounts zerolift is based off that kit not syko. I mean use the transmission mount from a KA automatic car not the manual transmission mount.

I totally misread what you wrote , your just looking for a rb25 transmission mount not the bracket! Duh! You can just buy them from most nissan shops.

They have no problem taking your money and then not answering emails after they've back ordered your part for 6 months. I wouldn't do business with them.

Look in the stickies, theres a thread with cross refrenced parts to something thats USDM available. I think the rb25 shares the rubber part of the mount with the z32.

Next time be a little clearer and dont bit some ones head off when they try to help you. Mckinny/Fast Datsun is a help to the rb swap community.

And the zero lift mounts aren't related at all to the syko FYI, completely different styles. The ZL mounts were actually designed from scratch.

Sorry about going off on people. I just get mad when i ask for what kind of cars use the same mount as the RB25 and people try to sell their stuff. anyway i got the answer. thanks to all that helped.
