RB25DET torque specs

alright people, i just tore my rb25det apart and found out that all my valves were bent and 3 of them snapped off ( long story). anyways i tore it apart and sent it into the shop and dont know when i'll get it back. but when i do get it back i was woundering if any one knew what the torque specs are on these parts:

1: head bolts2: crank bolt3: cam bolts4: rod bolts
