hi i just purchased new acl race bearings bec my oem bearings were going bad an i am replacing them but i have been looking all over the internet an on the forums an i cannot find the right torque specs for the connecting rod cap bolts , i have asked an seen guys on other RB's an they say to many diff torque specs , can someone please help..

It depends entirely on the fasteners you are using, that's why you've seen so many different numbers. If you are using the factory cap bolts again, follow the FSM torque spec. If you are using ARP fasteners, use their spec.
