rb25det swap lots of unused wires on the f3 plug

So after lots of hours researching this infamous F3 plug and wiring it all up i have a bunch of unused wires:

1. ASCD vacuum motor2. ASCD release valve3. AC thermo control amp4. triple pressure switch line5. IACV-FICD signal6. triple pressure switch signal7. cooling fan low signal <-- could i hook these to a relay to turn my electrical fans on?8. cooling fan high signal9. ambient air temp switch10. ASCD air valve11. ASCD actuator power12. recirculation relay13 and 14. GST port15. AC switch16. 02 sensors EGRC, EVAP purge, IACV, TPS <- no idea how thats all in one wire17. rear defogger18. fuel pump signal <- i'm sure thats required. just haven't hooked it up yet

I'm not asking what to do with all of these, just if it is okay to not use these wires. I've run out of wires to connect to on the RB harness. Also, there are two extra plugs that are on the ka harness before the firewall gromet. I BELIEVE they are the F4 and F5 plugs but i'm not entiraly sure. Are they required?
