RB25det starting problem

I have a 1995 240sx with a RB25det, Optima battery mounted in the trunk, and it had no problem starting before I had to be in the hospital for 6 months. Now it cranks but wont start. I crank it untill the battery dies. I have a battery kill switch and I turn the battery off,after I try and start it.

check your basics - do you have fuel, spark, and compression? i know you said it started 6 months ago - if it sat for 6 months i would want to check the gas - good luck

I'm sorry. I did not tell the whole story. After I got out of the hospital It started after a long crank. I did put gas is it but one week I didn't get to use it and it wouldn't start. It turned over, there was 1/4 tank of gas. I know it needs an oil change because its been so long. I changed the oil just before the accident. It has Mobile One synthetic. It does crank now when it sits for a while But, no start.
