RB25det stalling while driving

Sup, Okay this is the problem, When I drive normal,and leaving it at nautral at sametime braking the car seem to totally stall out, this will happen 3-4 times whenever I go to slow down or brake. the funny thing is when my foot is on the clutch (all the way down) that's when it stalls and when the car is completely at a stop, but when I go to easly let go of the clutch, the car jerks and comes back to idle.any reply would help me out, thanks.
