RB25DET Series 2 Wiring

Ok.... so I just finished wiring my series 2 rb25 in my s14 (M63 to f3) which was very similar to the series 1 wiring. However I noticed another harness that sits right beside the m63 harness. Just wondering if anyone knew exactly what those wires went to on the r33 and if any of them could or may need to be used with the s14.
