RB25det s2 Will cranks but does not start.

I am at the last stages of my install and my engine will not start. Its getting fuel, there is 11.97 volts to the coils I pulled one to try and make it spark and it did not. Could it be my ecu? Need some ideas to get me started off. How do you know if your ecu is fried?
