rb25det s2 running rich

ok... so my 25 is still running rich to the point of flooding when the car warms up at idle. Checked the voltage on my maf and seems to be good. Replaced engine temperature sensor and have my fpr at 40psi w/o vac. Also tried to bump fuel pressure down a bit same thing happens. The most recent test drive it seemed to run great as long as I only give 1/4 to 1/2 throttle max. Any more throttle than 1/2 seems to bog it down.
