RB25det s13 swap not starting

Hello everyone i am new here... my name is Dave and i have an 89 240sx with a rb25det s2 and i cant seem to get it to start. i have been working on this build for about 2 weeks now and i am in dyer need of my car by the 15th. the car will not turn over by key. the only way to get it to turn over is by bumping the starter. when i first put the motor in it would turn over by key. but cant seem to figure out why its not now. i also cant seem to figure out if i have the fuel lines hooked up properly. i currently have the sending line hooked up to the top tube (sorry not technical atm) is this correct or are they backwards? and does anyone know what the minimum wires are required to start with pinout? any help would be greatly appreciated...

Your starter solenoid is probably bad, and for the fuel lines the the return line should be hooked to the side with the fuel pressure regulator.

when i had originally put the motor in it was turning over, but my friend took the harness home and now it doesnt turn over, so i think that he might nave cut a wire or something... but idk... this whole project has been a nightmare lol i just want to get it running so i can at least get it back to my house that is a half hour away from the garage its at
