Thanks Carl, I was less than clear. The electrical part is not the key issue. I can get the fuel pump power with no problem. I am most concerned with the plumbing & mechanical side of a temporary fuel pump/tank configuration. The thought of putting the powered pump into a open bucket of gas is not appealing. This was the approach suggested to me as no fuel tank came with the clip.Carl H wrote:give it power and ground it will be fine, thats what the fuel pressure regulator is for.
