rebuild the block? I'm not certain what you're after. You looking to replace your internals, or just freshen it up? I bought ACL std bearings for my car, and used ARP rod bolts to replace the OE tty bolts. Mine's not done anything more than idle yet so I don't really have a review. If you want new rods/pistons...no such thing as cost friendly. They're expensive...and for a reason. Stock bottom is good for at least 400whp, some say 500whp. Depends on your goals...now is the time to decide!

Thanks buddy yea I'm just trying to replace my internals. I got a rod knock so I gotta pull the block apart so I'm just going to replace all the internals so I won't have to worry bout somethin goin wrong after I put it together. So I just needed some brands of parts that most rb people used.

Ur crank alright? How bad is the knock, may be able to just replace the bearings and be cool.
