I had driven both sr20 and now rb25det in my s14.

Advantages of sr:-205(red top)-250(s14 black top)-very nice set up for drift purposes into a lighter body.-enough torque to be happy with-cheaper parts for both oem/aftermarket-plenty of room to reach 500hp without internal mod-Already has inventory around U.S-no kits needed for install

Advantages of rb:-250hp claimed-great base for power up to 450-500+hp without internal mod-Very torquey...more displacement-Fast spooling turbo starting at 3k rpm (larger turbo)-iron block to with stand pressure-handles just as well on the road-very smooth ride even when boost is thrown at it-Can later be upgraded into the rb26 if rb25 transmission is kept

both are great engines which can throw very nice stable hp for street and track...

i know sr's that are running about 10's and daily drivers running low 12's.

The s15 has 250 HP, the s14 is more like 220 IIRC
