rb25det oil pressure to the turbo

Hi i'm using rb25det turbo in altima and i need to know how much oil pressure should i run to the turbo.

I think oil pressure to a turbo is general based on journal bearing vs. ball bearing. You don't want too much pressure or you'll blow your oil seals out. Hence, feed line restrictors. Someone else will know the exact oil pressure but I'm not sure.
