Looks like a remote filter setup ? In any event the bottom pic w/blue plastic crimp looks like an OEM idiot lite pressure ' tap ' there it's PROBABLY = output of oil pump.
The top pic w/blue FITTING adapter pointing to 2-o'clock ......is POSSIBLY an AFTER the filter pressure , like so as to clearly see any differences , a clogged / restricted filter - you do the math (subtract the difference ,ya?). And IF it's that top pic w/low readings , may be something " restricting " ...?
And so you MAY want to temporarily tap that lower idiot light galley with a mechanical gauge , note pressures .And then decide to try to remove / eliminate the installed filter - write down ALL pressures , notes and observations and you may be ON TO IT ?
p.s. YES that's in my opinion DANGEROUSLY LOW pressure WHERE your CURRENTLY READING - sensor 'setup ' , again, STILL possibly reading wrong too ?

.....So tapping a mechanical gauge to the top pic blue fitting area you may VERIFY the sensors readings ,also is there a check-ball bypass? ..workong?...WRITE ALL THIS SZHITT DOWN !
