RB25DET NEO into S14??

I was searching online and I found a R34 RB25DET motor set for a little over $2900... So I wanted to ask if it's possible to put that motor into my S14?? please don't flame... I searched first and came up with nothing..

Dude as far as I know the rb25 neo is the same as a regular rb25 minus some valve changes and other minor stuff I believe. I don't know much about the Neo's.

However from what I've seen and the little amount I've read there has been no indication of pyhsical dimension changes between the two. Look at the for sale sticky. There is a guy wit that setup in s13.

Rb25det neo as probably as hard a swap as rb25det.

motor mounts the same as an r33 rb25 but the wiring is COMPLETELY diffrent.

so if i can get my hands on a wiring genius basically i'll be fine on the swap?

Yea listen to Carl H , and do your research, I've scene alot of threads about the NEO wiring and cams being different and hard to figured out. good luck keep us posted if you go threw with it.

i'll definitely do that... 280 hp sounds highly appealing for a few hundred more...
