I honestly have searched for hours (plus getting stuck reading build threads doing said searching haha) for how to remove the INTAKE CAM GEAR specifically. There is an allen/hex in the middle of it I don't have the right size for it and dont want to buy it not knowing it I can get it of like that. I read someone saying you can't removing it like that either.

I called Raw Brokerage and he asked me to email them (which I did) so figure I'd throw it out there and see if I can find an answer.

Thanks Tim

You'll take off your intake side valve cover and hold the cam shaft in place with a wrench... you'll see the casting where it'll accept a open end wrench.

Take a hex socket to the front of the cam gear and remove the front most plate. After that you'll find a washer, spring, o-ring behind it (remove these).

Then remove the single bolt in the center of the cam gear that hold the gear to the cam shaft.

Pull off cam gear.

Hope that helps.

Not required on RB25DETNEO both motors it was the front cover and center bolt, nothing had to be removed, so pll know
