So if you're doing Ferrea valves, did you have them cut their valves to factory specs or are you converting to solid lifters or do you already have a NEO head? Ferrea's stock valve set for the RB25 is for the R34 NEO.

Not anymore, they now have valve sizing for the Series 1 RB25 since our valves were cut to factory spec.

Wow so bugging the crap out of them to finally produce sets for the S1/S2 motors actually worked. Must have figured out how profitable it really would be.

Well, the video feature helps, but Ferrea has been great to work with as they now understand that their valves they have offered weren't a universal application. Actually they were happy to address this issue for all the RB owners out there. So I'm glad it will help a lot of us in the future.

By the way, we have just added WPC as a sponsor and they will be treating our pistons, rings, pins, and bearings.

Yeah I hope he gets that deal to go through to give people another option and most likely a less expensive one. Ferrea needs some competition in this area

Ali worked on the outline over the last 2 days.

Please any questions about the build on this thread so we can do our best to address them.

You have an RB25DET and you list Tomei cam gear"s". Are you going to get rid of the VTC or was that simply a typo?

You are correct, this list was not updated;Tomei advised us to not use their cam gears for this setup.

Additionally, Tomei offers the "Pro-cam" which can use the adjustable cam gears, and yes, it would cancel out the VTC and open up a can of worms for tuning as I've been told. So for this build Pon-cam it is, perhaps when we do a stage 2 build, something stroked, we'll get into adjustable cam gears.

Oh yeah, I'll take some flicks and post them up, didnt think anyone would care to see the parts before they got dropped in.
