Unless im mistaken, just looking at the thickness of the adapter plate, (nice work) wont it mean the input shaft spline will sit out more, ie wont slide all the way in??

just thought about it again, this is why you made custom flywheel?? the fly wheel sticks out more so input shaft slides in more??

that is why we have made a nose glide in addtional also. so the shaft is slotted in.

lastly, all this are customed by my mechanic which have prepared lots of 800hp local car. their work may not base on the best technology, but its the practical and works way.

DoctorChee, has anyone sent you the sandwich plate for the VH45? Your setup looks sweet.

Roger that. I'll have to go back out to the salvage yard where I got my engine from to try and get that plate if thay haven't crushed the car. I'll get back to you.

I'm very interested. Been combing the Net trying to find cheaper trans options since I'm building a car that will be seeing primarily track use. It makes sense to use parts that are readily available locally though. Have you thought about an adapter for a US market transmission? maybe a complete bell housing for something like a T-5 or T-3550/3560? Only asking becase there are a lot of these gear boxes floating around locally.
