I have searched for the cause of my rb25 idling up and down issue and found a bunch of people that have had the same problem, but no solutions that have seemed to work. It will only start doing it if I rev it or put it in neutral coasting to a stop light.

-I replaced the iac -Checked the maf -checked timing -checked the tps

i have greddy intake mani and q45 throttle body, 255 fuel pump, open bov, stock injectors.

Please help!

This won't help you much, but I've had the same issue. I had the same issue on my factory ECU, but the problem went away once I plugged in my PowerFC.

I had the issue again when I had a crappy tune on my PowerFC, but an initialization and idle-learn fixed the problem.

So from what I've found, it's tune related and not mechanical.

In that case, save your IGN and INJ maps into Excel or wherever, assuming you have Datalogit or another means of hooking up a laptop, and re-initialize the PowerFC.When the PowerFC does it's initial idle learn, I'm sure the problem will go away. Then you can paste in your old maps, (but don't paste in the new idle cells). You should be good to go then.
