I have a stock RB25DET in a '93 240sx. It idles fine around 1k rpm and there are no vacuum leaks. I have a boost gauge hooked up and I'm pushing 7 or 8 psi between 3k-4k rpms. The problem is that when I apply full throttle pressure the car won't pull over 5k rpms but if I back off to half or less throttle it pulls like normal. I have copper plugs in now and I'm going to switch to iridiums today. The engine also runs very warm. It has overheated int the past on a hot summer day while sitting in traffic on the freeway but with the cold weather it is still running warmer I would like. I don't have a temp gauge hooked up so I can't get an accurate reading. Any suggestions?

I'm not an RB guru, but it sounds like your ECU is running in 'safe mode' or something. I think the overheating is the root of your problem.

I thought about the ecu running in safe mode and I've reset it a couple of times inorder to rule it out. I'll try the tps voltage check. Thanks

Resetting the ECCS wont get your car out of limp mode. You need to figure out why its in limp mode and fix it to get out.

Bad CAS? What codes do you get from the ECU?
