rb25det fail safe mode

what sensors put the rb25det into fail safe mode, or "limp home" mode. im trying to figure out why it wont rev up. im pretty sure the maf is one are there any others?

I am almost sure the maf is the only one.

anyone else have an input? i would have to think there gotta be at least one more sensor.
