rb25det ecu question

I am doing engine swap for my cefiro A31 with the RB25det. The engine was originally with an auto transmission but now i am using my manual gearbox. After putting everything on, I found the stock ecu doesn't work without auto gearbox. Someone told me that I need to modify some pinout on the ecu to get it work with manual gearbox. Anybody know please help me.

there is a wire that you have to ground which is the automatic signal from the ecu harness. Thats the only wire that had to be modified for the auto to manual conversion. sorry for not getting to this post earlier.
