Hey guys I just got my manifold in yesterday, and first thing I got to say is wow, pretty damned good for ebay and paying $230.

But it didnt come with directions.

Mostly Im confused on how the throttle body adapter for the stock trottle body goes on, where each flared fitting goes, how the throttle cable bracket is mounted, blah blah.

If someone could get some close up pics of how theres is set up that would be awesome! Thanks guys.

THis is the item.

These manifolds are a pain in the a**.....even the ISIS mani that I just installed on a friends rb25 was painfull. I suggest you just start uninstalling the old intake and then figure it out from there.

We had to do this for our particular manifold:

Dremel out the hole for the water pipe for the upper rad hose (it wasn't round and needed to be)

Widen some holes on the flanges for the water rail underneath the plenum2 or 3 didn't line up

Modify the fuel lines so they didn't hit the plenum.

take the coolant line that goes to the back of the stock mani splice it with some fuel line and use the coolant line that used to go to the firewall side of the throttle body to connect to.

Plug the coolant line that used to go to the front nose end of the throttle body.

we used the throttle bracket that came with the manifold and bolted the stock throttle cable bracket to it and had to bend the stock bracket slightly for it to line up right.

As well you will need a nipple/port welded to the cold pipe for the vaccum line to the IAC valve

Don't forget to re-set the throttle switch and add and bleed coolant.

That should do it.

Anybody ever have problems with the radiator hose tube thingy being too small for the manifold?

Mine just slips in and out. Anybody got a solution?

make sure theres no loose pieces of metal left over from the jap crap machining that can get sucked into your motor
