i want to know why is it the coolant boiling when the engine reaches its normal temperature level?

Probably because its not at it's normal temp. Pure water boils at 100c/212f. Antifreeze and a pressurized system raise that boiling point. You are running to hot.

because your gauge is broken/wrong and you are overheating for some reason.

boiling water is BAD.

s13 temp sensor and rb temp sensor for the gauge are different. thats why it reads normal but you are really overheating.
