Brand new clutch master cyl, new SS braided line, new nismo rb25det slave cyl.

These parts have been installed and working properly for quite a few months.

Yesterday I warmed up my car and went to go take her for a spin and the clutch pedal started shaking and wouldnt let me get into gear....I pressed harder and the pedal fell to the floor.

fluid level is fine....what could it be?

have an OSGiken Super Single Clutch kit

Take the transmission off and check the clutch itself. there is nothing wrong with the pedal and cylinders.

this might be dumb to say but after i got done with my swap mine fell to the floor, i just rebled it a few times then i couldnt get mine into gear while it was running, only when off, i thought i put something in wrong but it let me go into REVERSE and i was thinking... i can actually drive it now, but then i popped it out and tried FIRST and it slid right in, my issue might not be the same as your GL, we all know clutch replacement on RB's sucks

OS Giken Has a different TOB do you have that installed??

Also on my buddies s13 I did I had to adjust the clutch pedal it'self to get the clutch to bleed.

my roomate had this happen in his S10. The slave cyl punched a hole thru the fork and was stuck in it...

Just an update to help anyone that ever comes across this problem.

I pulled the transmission...turns out the shaft that the T/O bearing slides on was sooooo gunked up that the T/O bearing was getting stuck on it.

Also that shaft had grooves in it. So I had a spare RB26 Transmission and I swapped over the clean front housing of the RB26 into my RB25 transmission.

I cleaned inside of the entire bellhousing and I replaced the Clutch fork, Spring, T/O Bearing, T/O Bearing Sleeve, Spring and Slave Cyl with new OEM Nissan parts. I decided to change the clutch/flywheel as well to a Competition Stage 4 Clutch and Fidanza Flywheel.

Put everything back together and its GOLDEN.

This motors been through so much I wouldnt be surprised if the rear main seal was leaking before I rebuilt it. I must have overlooked the gunk in the transmission when I put her back together last year. The rear main seal has been changed so I'm good to go.

im more thinking its the front case seal on the trans. if it was the rear main it would gunk up the back of your flywheel and around the bellhousing long before it would affect your input shaft/TOB

oh yeah....that one too. I saw that the RB26 one was put on with gasket maker, so I copied that and did the same.
