Did a few searches in google and on NICO, and can only find reference to adjusting the clutch pedal.

I've got about .25" free play on my pedal, and it feels good. The problem is, my clutch doesn't fully disengage until I literally jam my foot to the floor. I know this because it starts to chatter finally, which is a standard noise for multi-plate clutches when they are disengaged. It also is much easier to put into gear at that point, obviously.

Any way I can change this to make it fully disengage when I hit about 3/4 of the pedal travel?

p.s. I'm running an RB25DET Transmission w/ Exedy Twin-Disc.

i dont really think you can unless you eliminate the free play up top, which could lead to other problems. what TOB are you using with the exedy?

you might need to shim the pivot ball or get a thicker TOB. I have the exedy triple with the 25 oem TOB and it doesn't have problems jingling right when the pedal is about half way down.
